A Machine Tool for Human Translation

Machine translation tools like Google Translate are great for interpretation, but less useful for this kind of more complicated syntactical translation work. So I’m interested in this kind of multiple translation project and how I can design something to facilitate it: is it possible to make a tool that uses several translations to give a user a look at the shape of a translated text without resorting to a machine translation?
